A meaningful event was held at MERLAB with the participation of students from the University of the Second Spring, accompanied by ISUBU Aging and Development Coordinator, Asst. Prof. Dr. Aslı METİN. Within the scope of the event, the participants designed their own candles, enjoying both an educational and delightful workshop experience.
The program commenced with an informative presentation delivered by the Director of MERLAB, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tuğba SARDOHAN KÖSEOĞLU, regarding the center's mission, ongoing studies, and fields of activity. During the presentation, comprehensive information about MERLAB's academic and practical work was shared with the participants.
Following the presentation, the Candle Workshop session was launched under the guidance of MERLAB Deputy Director, Asst. Prof. Dr. İkbal Demet NANE. Throughout the workshop process, the participants actively engaged in creative production processes and showcased their own unique designs.
Supporting creativity and hands-on learning, this workshop was successfully completed as a highly productive and satisfying event for all participants.
